SELECTED APPLES HARVESTED IN THE FALL ARE EXPOSED TO WINTER’S COLD: THIS ICE CIDER IS A DELICIOUS NECTAR MADE FROM NATURALLY FROZEN FRUIT.
BLEND
Spartan, Empire, Cortland and Honeycrisp apples. Made using the CRYOEXTRACTION method. Fermented and aged in oak barrel (18 months).

TASTING NOTE
The fairly powerful nose offers up aromas of ripe apple, peach and honey. Sweet, with a pleasing balance between sugar and acidity. The rich texture lingers through the long finish.

Foie gras, aged cheeses, desserts with chocolate or caramel notes.
