SAVOUR THIS DELICIOUS NECTAR MADE FROM CORTLAND APPLES THAT ARE HARVESTED IN THE WINTER AND PRESSED WHILE FULLY FROZEN. LE CORTLAND IS ONE OF THE FIRST ICE CIDERS TO BE CERTIFIED IGP (INDICATION GÉOGRAPHIQUE PROTÉGÉE) IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE “CIDRE DE GLACE DU QUÉBEC” APPELLATION.

TASTING NOTE
Notes of tropical fruit on the nose. In the mouth, the cider offers flavours of baked apples and Cortland apple pie.

Generously poured over vanilla ice cream or served as an accompaniment to dark chocolate flavoured with chile or fleur de sel.
